Dementia Praecox is the story of a young person entering adulthood. It is an appreciation of the different paths we take. As a recovering schizophrenic, this is a sonic exploration of the fear, paranoia, and hallucinations I experienced as an 18 year old just beginning to enter adulthood. Inspired by concept albums dealing with a loss of innocence due to hardship, and more importantly influenced by recent developments in post-vapeur, hyperpop, and jungle. Thanks for listening.
